WIFTV announces April Telek is the winner of the 2010 Artistic Merit Award
Vancouver – WIFTV is thrilled to announce that the 16th Annual Artistic Merit Award goes to actor April Telek for her outstanding and pitch perfect performance that captivated audiences in Amazon Falls.
We would also like to congratulate all the stellar nominees: Katrin Bowen (Amazon Falls, Director), Julia Ivanova (Love Translated, Director), Sara McIntyre (Two Indians Talking, Director), and Helen Slinger (When the Devil Knocks, Director) for their continued passion and commitment to raising the voice of women in the film industry.
